Returns Policy

At GIVA JEWELS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 3 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• A nominal return charge of ₹200 applies.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including any certificates, boxes, or pouches.
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund has been completed.
